Why are fares different for foreigners?+
Nepal's airlines set USD fares for foreign nationals, and lower rupee fares for Nepali and Indian citizens. The fare depends on each passenger's nationality, which is why we ask for it.
What do I need at check-in?+
Foreign nationals need their passport. Nepali citizens need a citizenship certificate, national ID or passport, and Indian citizens a voter ID or passport. Be at the domestic terminal at least 1 hour before departure.
How does booking work?+
Send a request with your route, dates and passengers. Our licensed local partner checks live seats and fares with the airlines and emails you options. Choose one, pay our partner, and your e-ticket arrives by email.
What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?+
Mountain flights, especially to Lukla and Jomsom, are often delayed by weather. Airlines rebook you on the next available flight. Our partner helps with changes and refunds, following each airline's rules.
Can I pay later?+
Ask for "pay later" when you request. Our partner decides case by case, for example for friends, family and regular travelers.
